CR's Garden Room Numbers

Can anyone tell me the room numbers in the South Garden Wing of the Contemporary that are closest to the buildings end right next to the tower? Looking for the shortest walk.

I don't know the numbers. My strong advice to you is that the room numbers don't matter.

If you want a room close to the tower, then place that verbal request onto your reservation. This way, if the rooms assigner sees your request, s/he will know what you want and will help you if s/he feels inclined to do so.

Odds are, any exact room or two will be unavailable. If you put a room number or two as a request, the rooms assigner has no way of knowing why you requested those numbers, so you'll just be assigned any old room. It leaves the room assigner to wonder why you requested that room number ... is it your lucky number? ... is it the room you stayed in 20 years ago? ... did you see the number in a dream? And so on.

But if your request is an easily understood description of what you want, you at least have a CHANCE of getting that request met to the best of the room assigner's ability.

So my strong advice to you is to word your request this way: "Request room closest to tower" or "Request room close to lobby" or something like that. THAT is your best bet.

The actual rooms are in the 5000 series....The first several are suites...Rooms 51XX are on first floor, with 5105-5115 in the wing closest to Tower, facing towards Bay Lake (and swimming pool). Our last stay in the CR was in 5108...great room, very quiet, easy walk with my morning coffee to the pier.
Rooms 5162-68 are across the hall, but face the parking lot.

Note that rooms 5140-61 are not much longer a walk, and are virtually free of hallway traffic...private and quiet.

Rooms on second and third floor have similar numbers. First floor has patio. Upper floors do not have balconies.There is an elevator and stairway at the end of the hallway closest to the tower...cuts down on hallway traffic.
