Going on our second disney cruise, girls really want to go on the dream. Have a 4 night planned for 4/17/2011..... Since we are flying from Ohio, what should we do before? It is 10 days before Easter and since we normally go to WDW in the quiet November, that seems out. I thought of doing Universal and staying at Hard Rock hotel where you get front of the line pass..... girls are thinking doing back to back cruise... a three night, then our four night.....

hmmm... can't decide. Will likely head back to our normal November WDW trip, so really down to deciding between Univeral or B2B. Will be me(mom) and two dd's.... age 9 and 11 at the time. Not huge riders, but starting to like to ride more. Never been to Universal.

Well, so far your poll is split 50/50. But the real decision lies with you, of course.

Personally, I'm not sure I'd do back-to-back cruises on the Dream, much as I love cruising. I just wouldn't be that wild about going to Nassau twice in a week. I'd much prefer doing one 7-night cruise instead, even though it would be on one of the older ships until Fantasy comes on line.

Universal is pretty nice, and the new Harry Potter themed area is due to open soon;it should draw a pretty good crowd.

Thanks. I am the one leaning toward Universal, the girls are pushing the back to back. Kinda feel since we are from Ohio that it would be a good time to go to Universal and after a long winter, would be nice to even just hang at the pool midapril! We only did a couple nights at WDW in Nov 09, so by Nov 11, we are going to be dying to get back to wDW after going there every year since my little one was 2! We loved Atlantis(did it via the comfort suites room thing) so heading to Nassau isn't a problem. Actually that is how they convinced me to do the Dream.... told me we could spend the day at Atlantis again. Think I will book the 3 night dream as I can always cancel..... and unfortunately have a lot of time to make the decision about it since our cruise isnt' till next year. Thanks for your post
