unlimited rentals---bikes,boats,etc...

I seem to recall a weekly rental "pass"---For a flat fee ($200-$300??), one would get unlimited use of boats, bikes, etc...
Or did I just imagine this? I can't find anything on the official WDW website. Does anyone recall the details, or can anyone help point me to the right website? or can someone tell me I dreamed it all up?

I remember them doing this a Wilderness Lodge YEARS ago...it is no longer available. Sure would be nice...the children loved it...but it was also back in the days when they didn't require licensed drivers to rent the sea raycers...that's how long ago it was and boy am I aging myself here!!!!

The Captain's plan as it was called was discontinued several years ago. Some high level account exec at Disney apparently found out the plan was not cost effecvtive in their favor so it was discontinued. We used to get the plan each time we went. It was great to spend time on the boats...
