If you have a car, drive. If not you would have to take a bus to a theme park or Downtown Disney and transfer to a bus to the AKL. Or if you wanted to take a taxi. I believe those are your optiions.

We took a bus from POR to AK then hopped the bus (super short trip) to AKL.

If you don't have a car the quickest way would be a cab. If not you will have to transfer at a park.

This is probably your best option - at least your best 'free' option. The trip from POP to AK is relatively short, and the buses between AK and AKL are pretty frequent.

I've made this trip a few times. I think this is your best bet for Disney Transportation.

Just remember that most nights AK closes pretty early, so you may be forced to take a different route if you are trying to get to AKL later in the evening. I would get a cab...it won't cost too much since they aren't too far away. The whole bus transferring thing is kind of a pain!

I'm so glad you mentioned the park closing early. Ak closes at 5pm the evening I had my ADR's. Thanks so much

last summer I was at Pop, and we had 8:20 reservations at Boma. The bus system was unavailable, so we just drove. It was about a 10 minutes drive, we valeted the car, and had a great time. I think it was only like $10 to valet. I'm doing the same thing again this summer, only coming from POR.
    23rd visit March 20-25 @ Pop Century!

Have stayed at Polynesian, Beach Club, Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, PO Riverside, AS Sports, Music, Movies, and Pop Century.
