I love Donald Duck! He's the best and Daffy is not nearly as funny. They both have their mean streaks, but I think Daffy is worse.

I think this would be akin to comparing Coke to Pepsi. Most people prefer Coke the sales numbers prove it. In fact it is not that close. The Pepsi people are so passionate about their product, and advertising that it gives the illusion that the two actually are very close. This is how it is with Disney and Warner Brothers. The two are not in the same league. Daffy is no where close to Donald, in fact Donald and Mickey are a tougher comparrison. When you simply say who is better well its easy Donald no contest. But if you had asked who do you prefer, some would say Daffy just like some would say Pepsi.

Considering we're Disney people, I can't imagine any of us saying that Daffy tops Donald. Donald Duck is the best, no contest.

The humor of Donald is in his demeanor and his unique voice. He doesn't have to rely on zingers or quips.

And for me it's Pepsi. I like Pepsi better then Coke can't stand the tase of it. But for me I like both Daffy and Donald so there both equal to me. Now if it was Bugs and Mickey I would say Mickey and if it was Porky and Goofy Goofy wins. Taz and Beast Beast wins in my book. Wild E. Cyote and Tigger hmm got to come back with that one. Like them both.

Hard to choose between the two. Both are funny in their own right. Donald is obviously my Disney fave and coincidentally Daffy is my fave Looney Toon.

Daffy to Donald is almost an apples to oranges comparison. Daffy is built on slapstick and comedic humor. Donald is built around cartoon shorts and how his temper gets the better of him.

I would say I like them both equally for the character they portray, and the mood I'm in.
