An RV trip from the grand canyon, up the rockies via the snake river, through jackson hole / yellowstone, then past mt.rushmore, devil's tower, lead - deadwood SD, through the blackhills and badlands and finally a stop at Wall drug !!

I was just thinking of making a list so we can plan our travels for the next couple of years...

Let's see - closer to home:
1) Vanuatu
2) Cook Islands (specifically Aitutaki)
3) Melbourne, OZ
4) Samoa
5) Antarctica

Would love to see Singapore again. DH would like to go to all the Disney parks, but Japan will have to wait until they stop the whaling...

In Europe:

1) Scotland
2) Ireland (went as a child, want to stay in castles this time!)
3) Norway
4) Italy (to show DH my favorite spots)
5) Belgium (ever since we saw In Bruges)
6) Spain
7) Iceland (sort of Europe)

In Africa:

1) Morocco
2) Namibia (to meet the "San" people)

Things I didn't get to see in the US before we moved:

1) Alaska
2) Seattle
3) Grand Canyon

Would also love to see the Galapagos Islands, but I understand tourism is ruining the ecosystem.

My biggest dream is to do a land/sea tour of several weeks in Alaska. The irony is that DS just got a job on a cruise ship, and guess where to-Alaska! He doesn't care about it, but I told him I'd love to go in his place. After that, I'd love to visit as many national parks as possible. Unfortunately, we started with Yellowstone, and that's as far as we've gotten. Rather than going to any others, DH keeps wanting to go back there every year. Our third trip to Yellowstone is next month.
The only trip outside the US I'd want to go on is a safari in Africa.

At Monomoy Island, you can sight cast for striped bass in a t-shirt.

Wow! Can't say I've ever seen a striped bass wearing a T-shirt.

Down here, they wear Speedos or bikinis year-round.
