New premium sites

Has anyone stayed at the new premium sites yet? Jeez, that price seems so ridiculous to me. We have paid as much as $99 at a site in Maine, but it was oceanfront with an incredible view. I'm wondering what could possibly make a Disney site worth as much as $116 a night. This is more than the value resorts where you have a variety of food choices and maid service. Anyone stayed at one of these yet?

We stayed in a premium site last month, that just finished being refurbished. The pads are a little bigger and the roads have been re-paved and painted. It also had cable and was in walking distance of the boat docks to go to MK. To me it seems they increased all of the pads and the dirt around the pad to accommodate the larger and larger RV's showing up. The BBQ was also new. No lake or ocean view here.
