Computer System Issues--No BLT Ressies Taken This Afternoon

Called Member services to book a stay at BLT and to make a change to a SSR ressie in May this afternoon. The SSR change was able to be made, but BLT ressies could not because the system wasn't letting them into the BLT inventory. Very nice cast member said it had been a long day and that they had been told that IT hoped to have everything back up and running in the morning.

This is correct. Per the DVC website. They are unable to make new ones, adjust or change previous reservations, or even to make waitlists or change waitlists. I'm sure that it has been a long day for them. Pixie Dust is defintely needed in that department today. I'm sure.
