? about pin codes

Are pin codes by email or regular mail?
If by email, who is the sender? I have alot of disney emails blocked by my junk mail filter and I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

They are both. The ones I have gotten by email come from "Disney Destinations".

To make the emails come through you need to add [email protected] to your safe list.

I would say two out of 3 pin codes that I've gotten in the last year or two were via email. However we do get postcard pin codes as well.

I have gotten the hard copy in the mail and email, Most of my clients are getting them through email.

Also if you have moved or something.. you can call with you phone number or have your TA do it for you.
