We just got back and I wanted to share the animals that mousekeeping made for us during our time there...Hope you enjoy...

When we went we got an elephant!

Very cute! There was a little bird on the desk when we first checked in to our room, but we've never seen anything else, either trip.

When we were there in December we saw a couple. Before we left we saw the bed turn down lady and decided to give her something since we felt she probably does not see the daily tips. She said no but after we insisted she said ok. We ask her if she got any of the money left for housekeeping. She said"no-they keep it all". She was so excited we had thought of her she showered us with the mints and shortly after that came back in with one of the towel animals.She gave it to our daughter and told her it was for her to take home.
We left with a very warm feeling about the entire thing.

I love the alligator eating the bird. That is so creative!
We've gotten a dog, cat, bird, swan, heart, mickey head...think thats it! I love those towel animals!

We will be there next month. Do you think that if I leave a note with our Mousekeeping tip on the first day asking them if we could possibly get some "towel friends" they would accomodate it?

The kids would love it and we will also be there for my daughters birthday.

Your poor children must be terrified of the alligator (crocodile?) eating that beloved stuffed animal.

Anyway, I was pretty stoked when I saw a little towel mouse left for me and my family. Reminds me of my late hamster.

Our mousekeeper kept us in towel creations every day....some days there were even two.....and the room was spotless ....she must have been a magician.....or super hero.....
