I just saw an extended preview of New York, and I must say I cannot wait. I can't believe Ramona and Simon agreed to do another season. Looks like their edit is the same as always - making them look ridiculous. Or maybe it's not the edit!

I could do without the Atlanta chicks, but NY and OC I enjoy as pure entertainment. Bring it on!

I used to think that the other ladies were just being hard on her, but how do you not know if your house has air conditioning!

I am starting to wonder if the remarks about her being "zonked" all the time are true. She really does seem pretty out of it. LOL

I agree. Did you see this weeks when her and her hubby were on a mini trip and he asked for a pole dance. I LOVED how grandma was home with her kids. At least she got that right, they would've been partying like it was their birthday!!! Can't wait for the "double feature" on Tuesday!!!

Oh I'm so glad I found this thread! I've been watching the ladies from OC since the first season and absolutely LOVE it!

I agree about Tamra, she's just hateful. The only times I soften about her is when they show her interacting with her family and she seems to be a regular person. But when she's with the other ladies and especially during her interviews, she's like a different person, very devious.

I try to like Lynn but the underage drinking issue and the air-conditioning thing just killed it for me. She's got to be on something. I see alot of similarities between her and her oldest daughter. It also bugs me how she encourages them to stay skinny so they can look "hot". I have 2 daughters and I would never joke with them about not eating to fit into a certain size like Lynn did. Made me cringe!

I liked Vicki in the first couple of seasons but no longer. Could anyone be more self-absorbed? I do like her daughter though; she seems to have it together.

I can't wait to see how Jeana's date went. Good for her! Her daughter is my favorite of all the OC kids. Sooooo funny and as cute as she can be; also very smart. Hard to believe how different she is from her brothers. Shane is definitely his father's son.

I like Gretchen alot more than I did at first. If she's a golddigger, she hides it well. She seems to genuinely love Jeff. Or, as Tamra said, maybe she deserves an Oscar. But, I don't know, seems genuine to me.

I have to work tonight but I have my DVR set to record the OC and the NY one. So excited that they are back. That Betthany is a hoot!

Does anyone know if this is true?
I do feel sorry for Gretchen. I know when I was a caregiver for my mother that I sometimes went away to the lake for the weekend. It may have seemed like I did not care, but it is very sad to watch someone you love so sick. Sometimes you just need a break...

Yeah, I wonder how they'll handle it on the show. Also, do you think the life insurance question was ever answered?? Does anyone remember that luncheon where Vickie and Jeana told Gretchen she'd better check into it??

Okay last night...without giving it away for those who haven't seen it...Tamra was just bizarre to me. What is her problem?! Did anyone catch the promo for the reunion? Looks juicy!

The NY episode was okay but the preview for the rest of the season looks interesting. Of course the editing always makes it look more scandalous than it turns out to be. LOL Too soon to tell about the new housewife.

Tamara just says so many mean things about everybody else. I think she is really jealous of Gretchen, because Gretchen really is the hottest housewife. LOL

Uh...no. That's interesting.

Yes, Vicki and Tamra just aren't very nice and their constant attempts at justification for their ugly behavior was getting old.

The whole thing with Gretchen was interesting. I like Gretchen, but I do think she was lying about that other man. Who knows...that could have been all 'show' though.

WOW!! Last night was just WOW!! Tamra and Vickie are just sooo nasty. They are perfect BFFs for each other...yuck. I used to like Vickie but not anymore. It's like she's sooo self centered she couldn't even own up to the mean things she did or said. And the whole Gretchen thing was weird. I don't believe she wasn't dating that guy either...she just looked like she had been caught in a lie.

Yeah, the fact that he was at Bass Lake with her was pretty shocking for me. I lost some respect for her after that little revelation.

I am thoroughly enjoying the NYC ladies so far. Alex and Simon still creep me out but I just LOVE Bethenny.

I was starting to believe Gretchen wasn't a gold digger, but WOW, the dude was at bass lake?? I'll just have to stick to my gut instict with her. I enjoyed the "tell all". Too funny. I started wathcing the 1st and 2nd season on I tunes, holy cow. It's all a riot. I've heard rock bus of love is a funny show as well, I'll have to tivo that.
Just curious, which daughter of Jeff's. Lynn does look like Steven Tyler. LOL!!
