    I don't want to come across sounding "cheap", but is this allowed. We are not on the dining plan. I thought that there was some discussion on this topic in the past, but I couldn't locate it.

    From what I understand, sharing is fine from places where you order off a menu. At buffets and family style restaurants, you are charged per person.

    Exactly! Anywhere that you order from a menu, TS or CS, you can share a meal.

    At buffets/family style meals, you are charged per person.

    I know of many people who share meals, and then use the credits for signature dining, shows, etc.
