I wouldn't mind knowing about that myself as I am a low carb dieter who doesn't want to blow all my progress this trip!

Several of the CS restaurants in the World offer a no sugar added brownie. Some ice cream carts also have sugar-free vanilla ice cream cups and sugar-free strawberry bars available. All you have to do is ask. There are also a variety of sugar-free candies available in the shops.

They DO offer sugar free alternatives. With my wife and youngest DD being diabetic, we call ahead of time and they prepare special dishes just for them!

It's very easy to find sugar-free options. If you're eating at a table service restaurant let them know ahead of time that you need a sugar-free option. You can also just talk with your server when you arrive. Many of the different ice cream / candy shops also seem to offer that option. Many times all you have to do is ask!
