Default Disney Quest for 4 year old?

    Hi,
I was thinking about going to Disney Quest with the kids ages 18,11 and 4. i know the 18 and 11 year old should have a great time, but what about my 4 year old? is there anything at all for him to do? is it geared for the older kids only? it's hard keeping everyone amused at the same time due to the differences in age! i'll be there presidents day week ,and i know the parks are crowded does disney quest get just as bad?
    thanks

To be quite honest, there is nothing for the 4 year old. There are loads of height restrictions that might even become a problem for your 8 year old. The restrictions are 48 inches and 51 inches on one, so depending on your 8 year olds height, he/she won't have any fun either. There is nothing for the 4 year old at all though. It does get crowded and you have to wait on lines for a lot of the attractions.
They have all of the stores which are fun to browse in for everyone. Also, if you feel comfortable, you could leave your 11 year old with the 18 year old and take the younger two for a movie (they do have a movie theatre) or shopping. Just a thought

Last September, we took our DD3 and DS5 to Disneyquest twice. They both had a total blast.

Yes, there are attractions that they can't get on due to height restrictions.

But there are a lot of games they can play, even by themselves. There is one section with around 25 games that are all little kid type games. Located by Skee ball section.

Our little ones also loved the racing games, pinball, action games etc. Even though they did not do very well at the games, they loved being able to play "big kids" games.

At home, we would never dish out $1 - $2 for our kids to play 1 game because they just dont have the coordination to be very good at them yet. So, for them to get to play all these games, they "LOVED" it.

Also, our whole family played the jungle cruise raft game and on the top floor, their is a space ship game that we all played together.

IMHO their is plenty to do their with your little ones.

They might get bummed because they can't do some of the cooler things there, but, it is very easy to change their focus to another game.

On a side note, we had the water parks and more option and were at WDW for 13 days. We specifically planned a couple of days that were half water park and half DTD and DQ.

Both times, we spent a little over 3 hours at DQ.

So, I probably would think twice about spending $120+ for 4 people to go to DQ for 3 hours. As part of the WPM, what a blast!

    Hope this helps!

Am I a huge disney fan? YOU BETCHA! I blame it all on my parents! They are the one's that walked around Disneyland all day to induce labor! Yep, I've been going to Disneyland since the day before I was born!
