Other than the CM entrances, I've never heard of any guest entrances other than the standby lines and FastPass entrances.

No such thing exists. There are two lines for the attractions (for the general public) Standby and Fastpass on some attractions. VIPs can be brought in through backstage entrances to avoid the inconvenience of the general public bugging them, but everyone else uses the normal entrances/lines.

You can enter Animal Kingdom if you cut through the Rain Forest Cafe. A CM told us that on one of our trips. We tried it and it sure did work.

Unless you are talking about the handicapped access for each ride?

We usually go in off times. We've never really had a problem getting in (5 minutes thru security, maybe 5 or less thru the gate and another 5 or so to get a stroller). Even when we went in August I don't recall the lines to get in being bad. It's just those lines on the inside where some secrets might help.

Rides used to have secret entrances for sponsors, not sure if any still do today. When I went in '95 FedEx was the sponsor of Space Mountain. If you were a FedEx employee there was an entrance around the corner behind a white fence, which led to the FedEx Employee lounge (free snacks and drinks), and then you go into the ride and hop in the next available car.

The only secret entrances are the ones backstage for the cast members, and like someone had mentioned before about VIPs. When I first read this post, international gateway was the first thing that popped into my head.

Been going since 1971-the only "secret" entrances are the ones previously mentioned. DS did Keys to the Kingdom a few years back and they verified. Stand by, fast pass and handicap excess and the FEW employee entrances such as GM at TT and HP at MS are it for guests.
