When is to late to arrive?

Do you think the parks will be at capacity if you arrive around 10:30-11:00a.m in July?

The DLR parks rarely reach capacity on normal operating days. Now, if you're talking about the 4th of July, maybe. But, in my experience, the parks rarely close off completely due to capacity in the summer. Since the opening of DCA, this type of thing has pretty much stopped happening (again, on NORMAL operating days).

I would not worry. They keep DL open until midnight daily in the summer and DCA open until 10pm. You could arrive at 4pm and still have a "full day" at DL. I've done it before several times. I never actually arrive at the parks prior to 10-11am anyway.
