We're thinking of taking a quick four day trip, without kids, for our anniversary May 3 - 6, any thoughts on weather and crowds?
-
We were just there in February and they did all the usuals that we expected. It was a blast.
-
I've been trying to put together a quick anniversary trip for me and the hub and have been stalking the reservation site with no luck for Le Cellier.
I just gave it my last ditch effort and I got...

We're thinking of going the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to Monday. are those generally all black-out dates for any deals??
-
Is a 13 year old a kid or only under 10??
edit: I just logged onto my rewards and it's kids 3-9. I figured as much. Still may look into it though...interesting. Wonder if that's a better deal...

I got a pin for free dining from mid-August to October, which is typically the time they offer it so I immediatley assumed that it would be released to everyone as usual but who knows!
-
All I can say is I'll be SO sad when my kids aren't super excited about Disney anymore. I hope it never happens!
Enjoy the trip you're spending so much time planning for!!

Awesome! congrats.
We came back a couple of weeks ago and we did Whispering Canyon, LeCellier and Boma. They were all really great. I still dream of LeCellier though....:cloud9:

My kids are older, 6 and 12, we just came back a few weeks ago but they loved the breakfast at Hollywood & Vine - JoJo, Einsteins, Goliath. They also loved the Sci-Fi Diner.

The ME is scheduled three hours before departure time so if your flight is 5:55, you'd be on a 2:55 bus. We were early by about a half hour last time and we got on an earlier bus, I think it depends...
-
Well, I think everyone confirmed what I thought, I just needed to "hear" it!!
Thank you all and hopefully this time next year we'll be owners.
-
True, but I guess it's nice to have the option. I feel that way with our kids. When WL ends, it won't be about us, I guess it'll depend on where my kids stand at that point, it's just nice that...
-
So there was no extra cash involved just the annual dues to extend??
Even though that's not a guarantee that makes me feel a bit better about WL.
I called Disney direct and they're pushing...

What are the drawbacks to buying resale? The only thing I can think of is the fact that you have less time over the life of the deed, i.e. I would love to buy at WL and it will expire in 2047, I...

We were at AKL last week and I worked out at the gym four of the days we were there. I used the elliptical more than anything but did use the treadmill too. It's definitely gym quality machines. I...

I know the feeling! I'm craving au gratin potatoes now...off to find a recipe for dinner!

Oh, I can't believe we're back already! :(
1. The Mara -- this was the quick service in our hotel. Food was decent. I think I'm all set with hamburgers though after a few days of them.
2....

Does anyone know when they put up the holiday lights? I'd love to go in November but would really love to see the all the lights.
TIA!

Nothing special that I could tell other than the pins that people were wearing which got tons of Happy Birthdays from cast members!
I looked at it briefly and I think it was 45% on deluxe. I...

First off, I can't believe we're back already!! We spent eight days and seven nights at the AKL.
We arrived on Friday, the 5th. We checked in to good news and bad. We arrived at about 11:30. ...

What's my best bet transportation wise for dinner at the Yacht Club Resort from AKL?
Thanks ! :)

Great! I'm flying in early Friday morning so that sounds okay for me!
