From the Orlando Sentinel's Daily Disney:

Think bigger.
Devices like this could open up huge possibilities.

I think Disney should start paying me for my ideas.
From Wired Magazines wensite:

Folks...I wouldn't focus on the specific numbers/prices in this too closely. Interactive surveys often use this technique to zero in on a price. The person who sent the screen shots of the survey...

Okay I hear you. But criticizing is easy. So IYHO...do you have any suggestions on how to make things better? What about if these are offered in addition to today's park offerings, not...

These ideas do for me. I really like the idea of knowing that I'll be able to experience everything I want. At $600 a day (family of four), I'll wait in regular lines....or if I win the lottery get...

Well, the original A-B-C-D-E ticket ride system worked quite well for a long time. I'm sure today's CMs could easily adapt...especially with today's technology.
From Disney operational...

What if it didn't mean waiting in longer lines? Is the fact that some people paid for special access the thing that bothers you?
Suppose that instead of unlimited FastPasses, people could pay up...
-
So you folks think every idea in here is bad?
A big discount for prepaying ten years of visits? Bad?
The return and enhancement of e-ride nights? Bad?
Cheaper tickets for folks who just...

Really?
What if reducing expenses means fewer suits and more customer-interactive staff in the parks?
Or movies with better scripts and fewer special effects?
Or fewer people at corporate...

This like complaining about the tide coming in every day...Disney operates in the financial world....there's no going back.
If it's not profitable, it stock goes down. If Disney does not run...

Anywhere around the World Showcase Lagoon.... :thedolls:
But seriously...the beauty of the YC/BC/BW/S&D is the proximity to Epcot. I love entering Epcot via the International Gateway 5 minutes...

I just remembered that I had not reported back on my experience.
On the morning that I was there in mid-June, this is how the process worked.

Had it not been in this weekend's Wall Street Journal, I wouldn't be bringing this up....
Make sure if you co-sign any of the loans that you have appropriate life insurance for your student.

The bridge is miles away from the monuments....you might catch a glimpse of a tiny obeleisk off in the distance (the 400 foot tall Washington Monument)...not really a view.

So if we encounter a CM who isn't familiar with adding an AP to a KTTW, what should we say to get them to try?

Interesting....
So DL tickets have to be used before a specified time after purchase, or they expire? Is this a new thing for DL or has it always been the case?
-
The announcements don't address that.
I'm sure we'll see 2011 vacation package details announced soon, now that ticket prices are set.
Have they even announced 2011 room rates yet? My...

Okay, I just looked closely at the announcement on the Disney parks blog. there's no mention of a change in the expiration policy. It still says:
The important part being the 'first use' - you...

Disney has not yet announced/made available anything but room-only reservations for 2011. So anybody that has a 2011 reservation doesn't have tickets included anyway.
I also think the reporter...

Yes, there will be traffic :thedolls:
Crawl along at 30 miles an hour for 100 miles traffic...no....I wouldn't think so. Summer traffic is the worst.
Still, passing through a few hours earlier...

I work at one of the financial firms that was greatly impacted by the housing bust. One of the bosses around here had a running joke about how he was sleeping at night.
He would say he sleeps...

The day of week and time of year make enormous differences.
I've done the I-95 drive almost annually the past six years. This year I did the drive south in mid-June on a Saturday, before...
