I'd hate to see COP go. I've been going to that my entire life and I don't know what I'd do in the rain if I couldn't go on COP 3 times :D

I love watching fireworks on the beach at Poly, but the absolute best is in the pool because they pipe in the sound underwater:number1:

If you're going with a first timer I'd definitely go to a water park and hop around hotels and DTD. He's bound to find something that'll make him really want to come back:thumbsup:

I actually watched it one time from a table that was in the corner next to the window and all the way to the right as you walk in the door. We accidentally stumbled into that lucky spot and watched...

My family's all about TL. They have a great lazy river and they just put in a great set of raft rides. Just my opinion.:D

I right before the big drop on Splash Mountain where Brer Fox either says "I'll just have ta (skin/hang/roast) ya". My cousins and I always try to guess which one he's going to say.

Comfortable, comfortable shoes. Try to have them worn in and bring some bandages for potential blisters. You don't want to let uncomfortable shoes or a blister ruin your vacation.

You simply cannot beat the convenience of CR. It's also very high quality and I would definitely try to get ADR at Chef Mickey's.

I whole-heartedly agree with you. It's hard to quantify how "magical" it was. He was from the AP so I guess he was supposed to give an objective opinion of everything. He said some nice things, but...

That's absolutely amazing. It never fails to amaze me at the details WDW concentrates on to make things as magical as possible.

I miss it so much. The perspective on the park was so amazing. If nothing else it was such a fun way to get across the park. It really helped in a jam.

You just can't beat the CoP. There is a great big beautiful tomorrow just a dream away.

Definitely get a portable dvd player and a lot of dvds. The more electronics you have, the better chance you have for peace. If that doesn't work I'd drug them. ;)
