If I book for the last week of August and recieve the AAA discount, can i still get the free dining plan if Disney offers it later this year?
Free dining is a separate discount. You couldn't use both AAA and the free dining. You'd have to pick the one that saves you the most money. With free dining you get the DDP at no extra cost, but you have to pay full rack rate for the room, so while it does save some money, the discount is about the same as at other times of the year where you get a big discount on your room and pay full price for DDP.
