Tonight starts the 2014 Winter Olympics from Sochi, Russia... But am I missing something? There are events being broadcast, on tape delay, tonight on NBC... Um, what happened to the opening ceremony? I thought I read the opening ceremony is tomorrow night, but that doesn't make sense to me... Did I miss something? LOL...

I have no idea why but the report I read said that figure skating, free style skiing and snowboarding are all starting before the opening ceremonies and that it is the first time events have started before the ceremonies. The article didn't say why.
The ceremonies take place tomorrow at 11 am EST and will be broadcast at night on NBC.
That's a change up isn't it? I don't recall the 2012 Summer Olympics doing that... Interesting... Thanks Cindy... I thought I was going crazy LOL... Well, I am but that is another story.. :)Quote:
