Three Fast Passes with DVC Tour?

I almost considered doing this until I read the fine print.

"Disney FastPass+ service given as part of this offer is not usable at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan's Flight, Frozen Ever After, Rivers of Light, Avatar Flight of Passage, Na'vi River Journey, Character greeting experiences, parade viewings or fireworks viewing"

So it is basically just for most rides that you could probably get day of Fastpass+ for anyway.

I guess these stipulations are to prevent people like me from doing the tour having no intention of buying into DVC.
