4. Over 60 of these named after Walt in the U.S
Walt Disney University? Walt Disney Elementary School? Errr...
Correct. Walt Disney Elementary School
1. Opposite of Vacation-School is the opposite
2. Not in Main Street, USA-Even though MS USA is based off the real Marceline, Missouri, it's not the same location if this makes any sense.
3. Free; tax not included-Public schools are free in the U.S, with tax of course.
However, in addition to this...
While Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland is said to depict Walt's boyhood hometown of Marceline, Missouri, it actually does not. It only evokes the feeling. In actuality, it was more closely modeled after Disney Imagineering Legend, Harper Goff's boyhood home of Fort Collins, Colorado. If you visit Fort Collins today, you'll see MANY close resemblances to Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland (such as the firehouse, etc.). Walt asked Goff to design something close to his sentimental hometown U.S.A. and Goff presented Walt with the designs modeled after his own hometown, Walt approved and replied, "That'll work. Now, let's have it look as good as the pictures, eh?". :D

3. Looking Down on Legends
I knew of the building with the 7 dwarfs - I think it is so cool. When I was researching the name of the building, I discovered the plaza honoring the Disney Legends and that confirmed that the Team Disney building was what you were looking for.I think it was a great puzzle and had I not known that there was such a building, I never would have guessed it.
