Detergent Packs
Sorry to hear about the accidents with the detergent pods. Kids can get into anything in a matter of seconds even with the most vigilant parents. The sheets are most convenient. I used to bring little detergent boxes in zip lock bags (which they require as the boxes can split open). I do laundry every trip and this allows me to pack less. It is easy to get laundry done at WDW. :mickey:

Ugh...I was loving these pods until I had one NOT completely dissolve and then get stuck in the gasket of my HE washing machine. Had to clean it out (sticky, goopy mess) and then run the load through a rinse cycle. Not cool...
If it happens again, I'm done with the pods.

We always just pack a small box of detergent powder. Then we leave it behind in the laundry room for the next guest.

I just ordered some of the sheets off ebay, I got 22 or 24 sheets shipped for 7.99 incase you flyers want to snag some, they should do us for plenty of trips and we are just going to keep them in the Mouse pile :mickey:

I have two boxes of the Purex sheets in my laundry room. Our stores sell them last I looked.

They have stopped selling Purex sheets in our local stores. :( I loved loved loved them for travelling, and will buy a stash if I ever see them in the shops again! This year we bought some PODs for our holiday (we drove down), and they did a very good job on the laundry. I do not use them at home in our front loader.
