Definitely the Mercantile at the WL. We make special trips to go there. I also liked the BouTiki at the Poly but wished that it had more Poly-themed clothing.

I love the Poly shops.
I live less than two hrs away so I never stay at the resorts much. So I don't much what the gift shops look like. But thanks to you guys, I have plans to drive up for a day and go gift shop hopping. Thanks.
My families favorite is the Meadow Trading Post in Fort Wilderness. Great selection of Disney merchandise and food. You can walk out on the back porch and look across the lake and see the pool and the Bike Barn. A close second would be the shops at the Contemporary:mickey3:
1. AKl has some unique items and a great theme to work with.
2. Wilderness Lodge
3. At the Poly (mainly because you can get boxes of coconut mickey heads there)
I too like the Poly shops, especially the Wyland Gallery. Not that I ever buy anything but I love to go in and drool, I mean look at everything.

Our favourite is the one at the Contemporary, just down the hall from Chef Mickey's.
As WL luvers, we hit their shop almost daily for something or another. But, we also like the CBR gift shop as well. So open and tropical. And don't miss the "talking trash cans" on your way to the food court!
I love shopping at Mouse Gears in Epcot, but then again I love shopping anywhere in Disney!:mickey3::minnie:
Gotta go with Beach Club...you can get some great baked goods there too
My votes are for the Poly and POR shops.
Our faves are:
Main Street Emporium in MK
Mouse Gear and Japan Pavilion in Epcot
Mickey's of Hollywood and TOT Gift shop in DHS
Rainforest Cafe' in AK
As for resorts, we like the one in AKL and Everything Pop
Our trip wouldn't be complete without going to the gift shop at the Contemporary, and the Grand Floridian!!! I need to go to the WL next time! :mickey:
