Is it just showing a slideshow for you?

The NBC affiliate in Orlando is broadcasting a live webcast of the announcement. I couldn't get onto the official Disney blog, but I am connected to WESH.
Finally live with Tom Bergeron hosting.
Please tell me they spent research money to find out that parents plan vacations to create special memories for their kids. You know...I could have saved them a lot of money.
couldn't get the feed to work...but didn't sound promising
someone tell Tom Bergeron to stop interrupting Tom Staggs. This conference has already gone on long enough.
Looks like this nighttime show is the only new thing being announced. Disappointing.
This is a bizarre train wreck, lacking enough content to outweigh the embarrassment it generates. I actually feel bad for everyone involved.
Guest pictures on castles and in the ads are interesting...but....
am I the only one who likes to think of his pictures and the pictures of his kid as something really special that only I have? This marketing campaign seems to take some of that away...when I see SOOOOO many people with pictures of Mickey playing with their kids toys, it kinda takes away the special-ness of when Mickey played with my son's monorail.
Maybe I'm too sensitive.
Um, yeah, I agree with you. I mean, for the most part, I am not interested in seeing stranger's personal photos/videos. And, not sure I'd want my own kids projected onto the castle or It's a Small World. Luckily, it's an "opt in" situation. I'll be keeping our images private, thanks.
Not the best theme ever.
That's it? A slide show? With some survey percentages thrown in? What marketing "genious" came up with this?:rolleyes::ack:
I now honestly believe that there are no creative minds left at Disney. Oh, and that loud whirring sound you hear - that's Walt spinning in his grave.
This is potentially the most underwhelming thing in history. What a dud.
Seriously ... if you have nothing to say then say nothing. Don't take up 20 minutes of people's time with 19 minutes and 30 seconds of annoying nonsense and 30 seconds to announce a Power Point presentation.
:sleepin:
This wasn't just disappointing. This was downright awful. Couldn't Steve Jobs have helped out just a little bit?
