I knew I would get some good ideas from this post!
My sneakers! We went to Disney for our honeymoon and after the wedding someone was supposed to stick my shoes back in my bag - but they never made it there! So I had to buy some VERY expensive shoes at Team Disney - not the best souvenir!
didnt happen to me, but just thinking ahead.
if you bring a digital camera, be sure that you bring enough memory to last for your whole stay, unless you've got a laptop to dump the pics onto.
I'd hate to have ot pay for the CDs that they have in the park to dump your pics.
We were in Disney for 2 weeks last year and I forgot my laundry detergent. Ugh! Paying $2.00 a load hurt!
How do you pack your laundry detergent? Do you bring powder or liquid? I'm so afraid that it will leak into the suitcase!Quote:

Enough money.
Many people pack laundry tablets though I've heard that some manufacturers have discontinued making them so they're getting harder to find.
Worst thing I have forgotten to do (not bring) was charge my digital camera at night. Brought plenty of extra memory sticks with me and even my laptop - doesn't help when camera is dead
With regards to laundry - we make a trip to a Walmart or Publix at the start of the trip and load up on drinks and laundry detergent. Managed to get a 31-load bottle for $2 at Publix a couple of times.
My shoes, pants, and jacket to eat at V&A's, our most favorite place to eat anywhere! The good news is it gave my DW a reason to go shopping.

On our trip to Disney in 1995 my husband and I had packed 2 suitcases and a garment bag - my sister drove us to the airport and right when we got there, we realized we forgot the garment bag. We figured we'd make do without it, but my wonderful sister drove all the way home, got the bag, and then went tearing through the airport to find us. We had already boarded the plane so the gate agents brought it to us and hung it up for us inside the plane. She was so kind to do that for us but I felt bad that she rushed - we ended up sitting on the plane for 3 1/2 hours before takeoff!
Needless to say, I have a feeling I'll be a little neurotic about forgetting something this trip! :D

My sun glasses. I wear prescription so I just can't go and buy a pair if I forget them.
Hate it when I do that.
A 2nd bathing suit. I know - nothing horrific but I ended up buying one because I couldn't stand climbing back into the damp, cold one.
Most important thing I forgot (and never thought I'd need) was a mini flashlight. Last time we were at DisneyWorld (maybe summer 2000?) we experienced a hurricane. The next morning after the hurricane went through, we were happily on a ride (can't remember which) and ALL the power in the ENTIRE PARK went out for maybe an hour. We were at a complete stop in PITCH DARKNESS for about 30 min. We were finally escorted off by CM's bearing flashlights to light the path next to the ride vehicle we were in. Fortunately I was very familiar with the ride and knew we were pretty near the end.
As I recall, we heard the power had never gone off so completely at WDW like this before. I shudder to think if we were on Tower of Terror without power! I vowed that day to have a mini flashlight on my person at all times, our next visit.
My pocketbook when we left GF. I thought I locked in the trunk when I transfered everything to my fanny back. Luckily we were only about 10 min out when I realized it.
When we were going to POP Century last October, my dad was so concerned with getting there to check in and meet his family at FW, he forgot our reservations. It took us forever to check in. I forgot to get medicine for my throat...so I had to wait a few hours until we went to SuperTarget to pick some up.
We always forget something but figure that if we do we will make do somehow.
My husband bought me a digital camera for Christmas last year that I was excited about using at WDW and yes I forgot it. My son forgot tennis shoes and shorts one year.
P.S. I pack laundry soap in individual zip lock snack bags and then put them into a small tin to put in suitcase. The tin allows me to bring things back in that I might be worried about getting broke or small items that might get lost.
DH forgot a jacket/sport coat for V&A too! I, like your wife, welcomed the opportunity to hit the outlets for an afternoon! :DQuote:

The worst thing I ever forgot was my  sunglasses  ! UUUUUGH! I had to buy $20 ones that were probably only worth $5. And I didn't even really like them. I should have just gone to the outlets that time too! :D
