Seven Dwarfs Mine ride is a wait time of two and a half hours. Even rides like the people-mover is 45 minutes. Rice like Haunted Mansion for 85 minutes. But if you like the tiki room you can get on that and 10.

We have been to disney during Mardi Gras break many, many times. On the years Mardi Gras has fallen during the same week as President’s Day we have notice significantly higher crowds.
