A Woman Is Suing Disney For $250 Million Claiming 'Frozen' Ripped Off Her Life Story

A woman reportedly is suing Disney for the whopping sum of $250 million (with an "M") because she is convinced that the entertainment giant based Frozen on her 2010 autobiography, and not on the fables of Hans Christian Andersen.

Essentially, Isabella Tanikumi filed a suit against the Walt Disney Company in the U.S. District Court claiming that the study plagiarized her book Living My Truth in the plot of the smash-hit animated feature Frozen. It’s only when she starts to map out the similarities between Frozen and her autobiography that things start to fall apart.

Saw this story earlier. "Fall apart" is an understatement. I'm sure this one will get tossed quickly. Can't even believe she's trying this.

Wow. Just wow.

She's getting exactly what she wants - publicity for her book and herself. Disney should counter-sue on the grounds of a frivolous suit being filed against them. After reading the suit, no judge in his/her right mind would ever let this get to trial.

Do a little internet research and you will find out that "facts" just don't add up.

I guess everybody gotta figure out how to cash in on the Frozen phenomenon somehow! :D :rotfl:
