It is now Sept 11th in my time zone, and we in the U.K. are thinking of and praying for all the victims and families of those involved in the 9/11 incidents.
We will never ever forget that tragic time which had such awful consequences, and I would like to extend my heartfelt prayers and thoughts to all American citizens on this day.
May God bless America!!!!And keep you all safe today and always.

Though our countries may not agree on many issues, at least we can express our opinion's freely amongst each other.

Thank you for your kind words and prayers.

Martin, the unwavering support of the UK throughout this entire ordeal, especially considering that many of your own citizens were lost in the events of 9/11/01, has not gone unnoticed by the average US citizen.
At a time when so many of our so-called allies have turned their backs on us, it's always reassuring to know who your true friends are.

Thank you so much for your words and support Martin. We really do appreciate it.

Thanks Martin and ditto to what Ed said. It is greatly appreciated.
-
Thanks Martin. Your kind words mean so much and your support means that much more.
-
Thanks Martin - I concur with Ed and Melanie.

Thanks Martin, I know tomorrow will be a hard day for most Americans and it's nice to have your support and prayers.
May God Bless America!

Thank you Martin. Speaking for myself, I am truly dreading tomorrow and have been trying to put it from my mind for a couple of weeks now. Your words and thoughts are very comforting.

Thanks Martin. I am always amazed at how loyal and honorable the UK citizens are. I actually wondered if we were going to have to ask Tony Blair to let us help in the military action after 9/11. His reaction was very strong! It was comforting to know we had a true friend. Thank you.

Thanks Martin. Your prayers are appreciated and needed.
I will be facing almost 180 young teens tomorrow in my 6 classes. I am concerned about saying the right things to them. It started today with a little boy talking about the hijackers using box cutters.
I am sure I am not the only teacher still up tonight worrying about this. :(

Thank you for the wonderful words Martin!

Thank you for those kind words Martin! It means a lot to all of us!

It's nearly midday UK time which makes it almost 7am EST. I'm at work in front of a TV and we're watching the sun come up over New York City. It looks so peaceful. But there's something missing. And it's still so hard to comprehend.
I just want to add to what Martin said. We're sharing your grief with you right now. I hope that makes it just a bit easier to deal with, knowing we're there with you.

Martin and Dawn - thanks. It does mean a lot to hear your words of comfort. It is very reassuring to know that the US is not alone and we have friends and allies in the world.

Presently watching service at St. Paul's Cathedral and Ground Zero, where the Pipes being played brought a lump to my throat.
