Why have to choose? It's vacation. I say have both!

The turkey leg is not for me. Too many tendons. But the pork shank looked pretty good and I would be willing to give it a try.
Yeah, I can see that about the tendons. It is tasty, though. DW and I had the pork shank at Gaston's last trip. It was terrific!Quote:

I had the pork shank last week :) I really enjoyed the spices on it but it's less meat than a Turkey leg. not sure how the price compares. I haven't had a turkey leg in a few years but I would get the pork again
