We were there on his birthday a couple of years ago and other than some castmembers pointing it out, there really wasnt anything about it...
There's nothing really official in the parks per se, but last year I handed out :mickey: stickers for guests playing Mickey Trivia on his birthday at my worksite.
:mickey:They don't do anything special, but I will tell you, if your birthday is that day and you celebrate it in WDW, they do make a big deal about you!! I have never felt so special!:party:

I had friends at DL on Mickey's 75th. All they had for that was a short spiel and a few pins to hand out. I doubt that anything else will be happening for the lesser birthdays.
