Resort hopping with kids?

What is the process for changing resorts mid trip? We would have a 4 year old and 1 year old with us. I'm playing around with the idea of upgrading to a mod. resort for the last day or 2 of our trip. Would this be worth it?? I would love for my 4 year old to get to use an awesome pool for a couple days. Recommendations on a resort with a great kids pool?

Probably the best resort for a kids pool is CBR. My boys have loved it the best of all of the mods.

As for the process - you just check out of your current resort and check in to the new one. It's two different reservations, so the process at one is the same as the other. Having to pack and unpack is the biggest pain of changing resorts.
